Under the support, approval of the international association of pawn institutions and the Liaoning province people's government， CHINA PAWN RESEARCH CENTER of LIAONING ACADEMY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES will hold the First” Conference of The World Pawn Forum "in Liaoning ,which is the birthplace of “China pawn learning" .
